What is SonaPen?

Which languages are supported for transcription?
We support 20+ languages including Arabic, English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Hindi, and more. Our platform is optimized for Arabic with full RTL (right-to-left) support.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes! All new users get a 7-day free trial with full access to Pro features. No credit card required to start. After the trial, you can continue with our free plan or upgrade to Pro for unlimited access.
How accurate is the AI transcription?
Our AI achieves high accuracy for clear audio in supported languages. Results may vary based on audio quality, background noise, accent, and speaking speed. For best results, record in a quiet environment with a good microphone.
Can I use SonaPen offline?
Yes, you can record audio offline using our Progressive Web App (PWA). The recordings will be saved locally and automatically synced and transcribed when you reconnect to the internet.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Subscription and click Cancel Subscription. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. You can resubscribe at any time.
What output formats are available?

Is my data secure?
Yes, security is our priority. All recordings and transcriptions are encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share your data with third parties. You can delete your recordings at any time from your dashboard.
